Teresa Beshears Hewitt, 55, of New Bloomfield, MO passed away Monday, June 11, 2012 in Columbia, MO.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Teresa was born December 19, 1956 in Hannibal, MO to Jesse Bazz and Mary Jo Bland Beshears. She later married Daniel Hewitt. She was a country girl at heart and a lover of all animals, and especially her two draft horses and her mules. She had a passion for the old west that included old covered wagons and draft horses. She also worked with handicapped children at Fink & Associates in Mexico, MO.

Teresa was a beloved sister, mother and grandmother, who was filled with kindness and generosity and will be missed by many.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel, son; Zane Giltner and wife Michelle of Wyoming, brothers; Jay Beshears and wife Sue, Dan Beshears and wife Joyce, and Scott Beshears and wife Marlene all of Wellsville, MO, a sister; Deanna Cobb and husband Charlie of Montgomery City, MO, a granddaughter Meredith Giltner, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
